EDUCATION CEREMONY

For the last grade students of elementary, secondary and senior high school, having huge understanding that for next 4 months after amused in long vacation of first semester school year 2011 / 2012 when they are going to face the educational routine which is for some students is scaring, touching and apprehending is a compulsion. But for some of others, this educational routine viewed as trivial event moreover some of them viewed it apriorily. Fearful, touching and apprehending because this kind of students know and very aware the meaning of education, or at least they have consciousness or Javanese said ngeh with what we called it advanced education. On the contrary, for which apriori and non-extraordinary one, they have one hundred percent exact prediction that there will be a " help" that guaranting them to pass the examination. For this type of student, don't ask how their learning habitual is, don’t ask how they learn at their home, even at school where they are ruled to learn and study, they are very, very and very easy going on its learning behaviour. Really a remarkable education phenomenon. This is lattest, recent and up to date phenomenon and seriously it is far, far away from magnificence aim of education and definition of education.
Education defined basically by scientific conceptual is a series of activity process which done consciously, planned, systematically, continuously, patterned, and structurized toward pupils concerning to transform its pupil into a truly human being that qualified as intellectual-logical reasoning and qualified as an excellent spiritual moral.
Educational institution is a educate place where pupil have to become ‘grown up person’
which have to role their character among society. Perhaps it is too ideal, but if we look back to the educational sense, its clear that not only brain that must be educated, but also any other organs of child must be explored.
This research has an aim to perform scientific description based on fact that how the application of grateful purposes of education in Indonesia through national examination at last become an annual ceremony which done gradually and ‘all together’. Beside that, this research also has an aim to perform scientific description about the manner of people responsive act deal with educational grade standardization policy through ‘a thing’ which named national examination.
The research represents qualitative research with phenomenological approach and symbolic interaction with naturalistic paradigm models. In order getting the data about how the application of grateful purposes of education in Indonesia through national examination at last become an annual ceremony, the method that being used is observation and interview method. Fact shows in square presented and then analyzed and compared with various existing theory utilize to obtain get theoretical data as expected.
From this research, is that obtained by conclusion that dominoes impact of national examination is momentous observed from any aspects, national examination judged complicated. Except contrary with school autonomy spirit, it juridical believed contradict with national education law (UU Sisdiknas). The worst if it looked from pedagogic sense, it shifts teacher right, from psychologies sense it causes a pressure to the students and also economically it wasting the calculations. That is why national examination at the end just becomes an annual ceremony. 17th August ceremony is probably an exact metaphor to describe this ‘ceremony’ done systematically, gradually and ‘all together’. All at once, national examination brings ‘a policy’ within a legally policy as a manner of responsive act derive from a regulation that does not look at the fact on square at all.
